Perpetrators maliciously weaponize the family court system to dominate, control, and financially deplete their victims, harming their well-being and that of their chldren. They delay, obstruct and deplete the victim of time and financial resources by repeatedly filing frivolous motions and requesting unwarranted documents. Victims are often left bankrupt or lose custody of their children.
Please call or email today the following list on behalf of anyone you know who has been taken to court over and over with lies, impossible demands, or menacing and frivilous claims forcing the victim to defend herself (and costing her time away from work, childcare, depleting her resources and threatening her mental health).
