
Tracey Brophy Warson

Tracey Brophy Warson is the former Chairman of Citi Private Bank North America and was a member of the Private Bank Global Leadership Team. Tracey was the first woman Managing Director to lead Citi Private Bank in it’s 200 year history. Tracey focused on building strategic client relationships, talent recruitment and development and works closely with the Global Leadership Team on a variety of broader strategic initiatives, including digital innovation and efforts to enhance the client experience.

Tracey has nearly 35 years of experience working with ultra-high net worth individuals, families and institutions. Tracey was head of the Private Bank in North America, directly responsible for leading the ultra-high net worth and Law Firm Group private banking activities in 25 offices throughout the United States and Canada, overseeing over $230 billion in client business volume as of year-end 2018.
Tracey has been a champion for women in the workplace.
Previously and for four consecutive years, Tracey was the co-chair of Citi Women, Citi’s global strategy to focus on the advancement of women as leaders and business drivers.
Since 2015, Tracey has been recognized each year by the American Banker as of one of the top “25 Most Powerful Women in Finance.” Additionally, in 2018, the Financial Times recognized Tracey as an “FTHero” in their most recent ranking of Top 100 executives globally who support women in business. Between 2005 and 2013, the San Francisco Business Times recognized Tracey every year as one of “The Most Influential Women in Bay Area Business”.
Tracey earned her BA in Business Administration and French from the University of Minnesota. She also completed a fellowship at the Université de Tours, in Tours, France.
