Atlas Of The Divorced Heart Workshop

Are you experiencing a wide variety of emotions as you go through your divorce? Grief? Fear? Regret? Anger? Confusion? Resentment? Hopelessness? We will discuss the emotions that come up during divorce and use the book, Atlas of the Heart, by Brene Brown as a resource to help us learn how to process our emotions in ways that promote healing and well-being. We will also explore a specific meditation practice called RAIN that can help with emotional healing.

Together, we will discover how our difficult emotions can lead to personal growth, greater compassion, and deeper wisdom.

Setting Goals For 2023 – Vision Boards

Intentional Goal Setting and Vision Board 2023 Workshop with High Impact Life Coach Paula Goudsmit
Do you want to get clear and intentional on what will empower and energize you in 2023?  During this session, we will start with an exercise that will help you identify your areas of focus and the potential actions to help you get there.  Once you have an idea of what you want and where you are headed, the real fun begins!  You will take your intentions and visually depict them on a vision board that will bring to life the purpose and energy you want for yourself in 2023. Vision boards are effective because they are a visual reminder of your intentions and shape your thoughts and actions. Your vision board provides a clear direction for where you want to go in several areas of your life, and along with your Jane Does Well allies, will support you in your success throughout the year.

This workshop will meet on January 19 from 7:00-9:00 pm.

Preparing for the workshop
Come with an open and clear mind.
Supplies you will need:
  • A white poster board or large piece of sturdy paper.
  • Glue stick or tape
  • Scissors
  • Markers, pens, highlighters, paint - whatever you love to write or draw with.
  • Magazines you can cut up.  You will need these for words and images.  You can also get words, quotes and images off the internet to print and add to your board.

An attachment will be sent to participants for the opening exercise prior to the session.
