Although, it is up to the individual to discern if her divorce qualifies as traumatic, divorces of a traumatic nature typically include one or more of the 5 A’s – Abuse (physical, emotional, or financial), Addiction, Affairs, Abandonment and Alienation. Members will meet weekly to share their experiences in a safe space that offers validation, compassion and confidentiality.
