Divorce Resiliency Workshop: Practices and strategies that help us heal, move forward and flourish

Divorce can be one of the most traumatic and challenging events in life… It can also be an amazing opportunity for personal discovery and growth. Join us as we explore a variety of  practices and strategies that promote what is known as “post traumatic growth”. We will draw from the fields of Positive Psychology, Mindfulness Meditation and Interfaith Spirituality.

Every 1st and 3rd Wednesday Night from 7:00-9:00 pm. (10/6, 10/20, 11/3, 11/17, 12/1)
