Maeve Coburn is a highly experienced global Executive who combines a track record in multiple brand P&L roles in the beauty and wellness industry with proven impact in building brands, leading change and developing high performing teams and leaders. She can offer insight into how to drive sustainable growth, and shape team culture to support agility and innovation. Maeve also has a focus on leadership and evolved approaches to working, and is recognised for the coaching skills that she uses to challenge and develop Executives.

Maeve currently works at L’Oréal based in New York as Senior Vice President of Learning and Transformation. She previously held multiple general management and marketing roles for well-known beauty brands including Lancôme, La Roche Posay and Kérastase over 20+ years. In her current role, Maeve provides internal consulting and coaching services for leaders and teams to guide the human aspect of large scale business and digital transformations.

A member of the L’Oréal USA executive committee since 2005. Founding member of the MIT Sloan Women of New York. A mentor for the MIT NYC Start-up Studio (Martin Trust Center for MIT Entrepreneurship).

Maeve is a regular speaker most recently at the United Nations UNDP, Yale/National University of Singapore and at MIT.

She holds an MBA from MIT Sloan School of Management and bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering from University College Dublin. She was the first female engineer hired worldwide by Lafarge Coppée. Maeve speaks fluent French and holds dual US/Irish citizenship.
