We will discuss the emotions that come up during divorce and use the book, Atlas of the Heart, by Brene Brown as a resource to help us learn how to process our emotions in ways that promote healing and well-being. We will also explore a specific meditation practice called RAIN that can help with emotional healing.
Together, we will discover how our difficult emotions can lead to personal growth, greater compassion, and deeper wisdom.
