Katie Walsh is an experienced and compassionate domestic relations attorney whose litigation practice spans all areas of family law.  She assists clients and their families with matters involving divorce; child custody and support arrangements; alimony; prenuptial, separation, and postnuptial agreements; removal proceedings; and post-judgment modifications. Katie understands that family law matters impact all areas of an individual’s life, and thus she is well-versed in helping clients navigate financial and parenting disputes, handling matters such as evaluating real estate appraisals; examining business and pension valuations as well as complex marital estates; establishing parenting time schedules; and achieving financial settlements.  Katie is also a certified mediator and works to help all parties resolve their disputes fairly and amicably where possible.  When required, however, Katie is a passionate advocate for her clients in court, representing them at various stages of litigation including hearings and trials.
