Erin Luizzi Wallace joined the firm in 2005 and concentrates her practice in the areas of divorce and other family law matters. Ms. Wallace became a partner of Witmer, Karp, Warner & Ryan, LLP in December 2013. She has extensive experience with all aspects of domestic relations law, including divorce, modification and contempt proceedings for high net worth individuals facing complex family issues, which includes, among other things, marital property division, treatment of inherited and gifted property, non-traditional compensation issues, business valuation, alimony, child support and child custody/parenting issues.
Ms. Wallace has received repeated recognition as a Massachusetts Rising Star in Boston Magazine’s Massachusetts Super Lawyers edition (2009, 2011, 2012), as well as appearing in Boston Magazine’s 2013 edition recognizing the top female attorneys in Massachusetts. She has also been recognized as a Massachusetts “Rising Star” in the New England Super Lawyers Edition.
